Shipping Policy
We currently offer free shipping for US orders above $65. You heard that right, free shipping to all 50 states! Under $65 will be a shipping charge of $15. International shipping is a flat rate of $35 USD. Shipping is from Hawai'i. To the Continental US it will take around 4-7 business days. International will be 3-4 weeks. Please understand that due to COVID-19, shipping times could be impacted and there may be delays. For International parcels, the buyer is responsible to pay all Duty Tax and other related import fees. These fees are different for each country. This added cost may effect your purchasing budget. We don't want you to be surprised when you're slapped with unexpected import fees when you receive your awesome ukulele.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your product that you purchased directly from our site, you may contact us to start a return within 30 days of receiving the product. For purchases at an authorized dealer, please contact them directly to see their return policy. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted at all.
